A well-established, mid-sized general contractor is looking to hire an Interior Superintendent to oversee fast-paced commercial interior projects across New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations on interior construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field teams
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and site safety
- Lead site meetings and communicate clearly with project managers and clients
- Oversee punch lists, closeout, and project delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Requirements:
- 3–10 years of superintendent or assistant superintendent experience
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Strong understanding of interior construction and trades coordination
- Exposure to fast-paced projects with 12–16 week schedules
- Experience on projects ranging from $1M–$12M
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in the mid-sized construction market
