As a Client Enrollment Associate, you’ll connect with our customers to discuss their internet and TV needs, presenting Frontier’s services as the solution to their connectivity challenges. The Client Enrollment Associate leads our customers through the enrollment process, ensuring every interaction highlights speed, reliability, and value.
Responsibilities of the Client Enrollment Associate
- Conduct in‑person Frontier enrollment conversations that uncover connectivity needs and guide customers into the right internet and TV packages.
- Build trust quickly during sales interactions by presenting Frontier solutions in clear, everyday language that supports smooth enrollment decisions.
- Strengthen Frontier’s customer base by using simple, consultative sales methods that lead to confident sign‑ups.
- Maintain steady progress toward Frontier enrollment goals through consistent sales and relationship‑driven communication.
- Create additional sales opportunities by engaging with customers in person and introducing Frontier’s most relevant services.
- Deliver a polished, customer‑first experience that reinforces Frontier’s commitment to dependable home connectivity.
Qualifications of the Client Enrollment Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in Client Enrollment Associate or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Skilled at interpreting customer habits and translating them into sales recommendations.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
