Masterson Staffing Solutions is looking for a Bi-lingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team in the Olathe office. We are looking for someone who can help us grow and expand our business in Olathe and the surrounding community. All applicants must be available for overtime.
The Recruiter position is responsible for supporting the essential operation of the office. This position is responsible for recruiting the best possible candidate for each open order and providing superior customer service to the Clients. Recruiters are responsible for the compliance and adherence to state and federal employment laws as well as Masterson Staffing Solutions Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
Availability - Monday to Friday and some Saturdays as needed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Bilingual English & Spanish
Sense of urgency
Motivated individual to get the job orders completed
Job Duties
· Complete Daily Opening and Closing Notes to ensure thorough follow up and documentation.
· Distribute paychecks on payday.
· Any other duties as assigned by Management.
