- Conduct all operation and maintenance of cloud-based platforms. Add onboarding individuals to cloud based platforms.
- Configure and coordinate all logistics with the cloud-based platform implementation team Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide information and support to customers about IT products and services.
- Document and track customer issues.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate level of support when necessary.
Requires Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years of related experience.
