Position Title: General Labor Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, order picking, packing, sorting inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Label, wrap, and palletize products for shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
