Position: Customer Service Associate – Critical Products Location: Cary, Illinois

Our high-performance magnetic components serve customers across telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our Critical Products group. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, quotes, and returns are processed accurately while delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.

Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately and efficiently

Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally and courteously

Communicate daily with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

Perform required customer verifications and maintain accurate records

Escalate customer concerns when appropriate to ensure prompt resolution

Manage multiple priorities while meeting individual and team performance goals

Present a professional image in all interactions with customers and vendors

Support a collaborative, customer-focused team environment

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of customer service experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional, diplomatic approach to resolving customer concerns

Manufacturing or industrial customer service experience

Experience processing orders, quotes, or returns
