We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Insurance Defense Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position at our Greenville, SC office.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Manage litigation files seamlessly from initial inception through to closing.
- Legal Drafting: Prepare legal correspondence, subpoenas, and formal discovery responses.
- Medical Analysis: Draft comprehensive medical chronologies and detailed medical summaries.
- Trial Preparation: Create concise deposition summaries, motions, and orders.
- E-Filing: Electronically file legal documents within state and federal court systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure proactive, efficient case progression.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience specifically within insurance defense litigation.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail. [1
