We’re an established, high-end Medical Spa seeking a warm, polished, and service‑driven Patient Concierge to welcome our patients and elevate their experience. If you love creating meaningful connections, anticipating needs before they arise, and being the friendly face people look forward to seeing — this role is for you.
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
(1-hour lunch break)
What You’ll Do
As our Patient Concierge, you’re not just checking people in — you’re curating their entire experience. You’ll be the first impression, the calming presence, and the person who ensures every patient feels valued, understood, and cared for.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Anticipating patient needs and ensuring their visit flows seamlessly
- Answering and directing calls with clarity and friendliness
- Booking, confirming, and managing appointments
- Checking patients in and out with accuracy and care
- Processing payments and maintaining organized records
- Assisting with skincare retail sales and product education
- Supporting the team with general office tasks
- Building strong relationships that keep patients excited to return
What Makes a Great Patient Concierge?
A Patient Concierge is the heart of the medspa experience. You’re the person who:
- Notices when a patient seems nervous and offers reassurance
- Remembers returning clients and greets them by name
- Anticipates needs — offering water, or guiding them through their visit
- Creates a smooth, stress-free flow from check-in to check-out
- Makes every patient feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for
This role blends hospitality, customer service, and patient care — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- A team player with a friendly, polished demeanor
- Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly
- Someone who preferably lives within Pinellas County
