New York Home Care in partnership with Talent Legal Recruiters seeks a Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate for a top notch Law Firm in Manhattan. This position will allow you to work remotely from home in addition to in the office. This is a VERY hands on position in which you will be taking depositions and arguing motions in court as well as other daily activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of medical malpractice litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
- Experience taking depositions.
- Experience arguing motions in court.
- Strong writing skills.
- Trial experience as first or second chair Is preferred as well as trial preparation experience.
