Job Summary:**
Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer for our Dolet Hills Renewables project. This role involves performing essential manual labor tasks to support the construction and maintenance of renewable energy facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. A valid driver's license is required.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of physical labor tasks including digging trenches, moving materials, and operating basic hand and power tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, ironworkers, etc.) with their tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to transport materials and personnel to various job sites, as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a safety-conscious culture.
Job Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred, especially within the Renewable Energy sector.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
