Position Title: Commercial Cleaner
Location: Jenkintown, PA
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Position Summary
Terran’s Spic and Span Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned client locations. This role is essential in creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine commercial cleaning tasks according to scope of work
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Dust surfaces and remove debris
- Clean interior glass and spot clean windows
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including:
- Toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and partitions
- Restocking soap, paper towels, and supplies
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to management
- Secure buildings after shifts (lock doors, ensure safety)
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and dependable
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable transportation required (must travel between two locations)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs when needed
- Comfortable working with cleaning products and varying conditions
