Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

POSITION OVERVIEW – Onshore Wind Project Manager – Remote
The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks; investigate and resolve issues early to minimize impact.
- Reach out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role.
- Associate's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet packages; proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to create/modify PDF files.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
