Job Overview
The Park Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members / Groundskeepers to help maintain our championship golf course and club grounds. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team environment. Ideal for high school students, college students, or anyone seeking seasonal outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities
- Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Rake and maintain bunkers (sand traps)
- Perform string trimming, edging, and general landscaping
- Assist with daily golf course setup (tee markers, hole locations, course accessories)
- Operate small maintenance equipment and utility vehicles
- Maintain course appearance and assist with general grounds maintenance
- Follow all equipment safety procedures and maintenance standards
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 25–50 lbs
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and ability to work on a team
- No experience required — we will train
Work Schedule
- Early morning shifts typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM
- Many shifts finish late morning or early afternoon
- Flexible scheduling available
