Responsible for multiple tasks withing a manufacturing setting. Reports equipment malfunctions, breakdowns and concerns with all assigned equipment. Opportunities within multiple departments: Production, Quality, Materials, Manufacturing Efficiency Team, Maintenance, Lamination. Making sure all employees continue to practice Chelsea’s top goal of Safety.
Job Requirements:
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor production processes and adjust as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure safety procedures are always followed
- Keep accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes
- Train new employees in production processes and equipment
Not required but a plus:
- Knowledge of digital calipers
- Mechanical abilities
- Extrusion experience
- Ability to read quality prints
Schedule Options:
- 12 hour - 223 schedule
- 8 hour - M-F
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
