Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong understanding of Tri axle dump trucks with milling and asphalt. This role involves transporting materials to and from job sites while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
Duties
- Operate dump trucks and other heavy vehicles for the transportation of materials.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate time sheets of driving hours, routes traveled, and materials transported.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- MUST have experience in asphalt and milling work.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Clean CDL is required!
- Strong understanding of procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
