We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional, who can abide by the schedule and tasks that are assigned.
In addition, the applicant must be able to perform preventive maintenance in all guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel areas as assigned by the manager. The applicant must be able to perform groundskeeping duties, maintain the pool, and routinely walk the building to ensure all doors and entry/exit areas are secure. The applicant must also be self sufficient.
Below are some additional requirements.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs.
- Use checklists, work orders/tasks, and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Excellent guest service skills required.
- Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly preventive maintenance in accordance with franchise guidelines.
- Communicate with housekeeping supervisor and management regarding any housekeeping issues.
- Perform all duties, as assigned.
- Follow-up and complete work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance around the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and pool cleaning/maintenance.
- Maintain and clean the pavilion area, and other areas as assigned by Supervisor.
