- Practical training with advancement opportunities
- Competitive pay: $18.50–$20.50/hour based on experience
- Second shift differential: +$1.50/hour
- Run and fine-tune production equipment to meet print specifications
- Set up machines to defined parameters (experience dependent)
- Produce and validate first-piece parts; secure setup approval with required paperwork
- Load parts, cycle equipment, and verify dimensions at scheduled checkpoints
- Inspect for fit, centering, staking, stamping, and markings using micrometers, calipers, and visual/physical methods
- Maintain uptime by monitoring fluid levels and overall machine condition

- Presses, laser marker, ink jet, electro etch, fitting operations, ovens, swage
- Bore grinders, drills, mills, and roll thread

- Experience with gages and micrometers preferred

- Aerospace Manufacturing familiarity

- 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
