Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-Property for a direct hire opportunity in San Ramon, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in keeping residential or commercial properties safe, attractive, efficient, and well maintained.
The Maintenance Supervisor-Property will oversee daily maintenance operations, support maintenance technicians, coordinate vendor work, and partner closely with property management teams to deliver dependable service to residents, tenants, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily property maintenance operations, including service requests, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and project follow-up.
- Lead, support, and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting safe work practices, quality standards, and timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with property management teams to prioritize work orders, communicate repair status, and support resident or tenant satisfaction.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Schedule, monitor, and evaluate vendor and contractor work to ensure services are completed accurately, safely, and within expectations.
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory controls, compliance documentation, and clear communication regarding property conditions and operational needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
