Store Manager – Tyson's Corner Center
Location: Tysons Corner, Virginia

Reports To: Area Manager
Salary: $60,000.00 per year + commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Maximize Sales & Hit Targets – Drive store performance and lead your team to success.
Lead, Train & Motivate – Inspire your team with hands-on coaching and development.
Manage Stock & Inventory – Keep products available, organized, and in line with KPIs.
Deliver Excellent Customer Service – Ensure every shopper has a five-star experience.
Operational Excellence – Oversee daily store management, reports, and staff performance.
Visual Merchandising – Maintain an attractive, on-brand store presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Retail Management Experience – 2+ years preferred.
✅ Sales Expertise – 5+ years in retail or fashion sales preferred.
✅ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
✅ Leadership & Team Player – Strong ability to train, develop, and inspire staff.
✅ Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills – Ability to track and manage KPIs.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills – Confidently liaise with customers and HO.
✅ Microsoft Office (Excel Proficiency Preferred) – Comfortable with reports and planning.
