We are seeking a dedicated worker to join our team. As a Bagel Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Daily Baking. Shift starts at 4AM everyday. This job is located at our Blue ash store located at 9701 Kenwood RD.Your primary responsibility will be to maintain Marx's great quality and cleanliness of the baking areas while adhering to food safety regulations and company guidelines. We do require 1 Weekend day.
Duties:
- Safely handle and store food products in the freezer/cooler
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bagels during the shift
- Operate deck oven and kettle bath for baking
- keep work area clean and tidy
- Follow FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines for food storage and handling
- Assist in quality control procedures to uphold food safety standards
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with oven/kettle equipment
- Produce and Bake Bagels
Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess:
- Experience in food baking or a similar environment
- Knowledge of food handling practices in a restaraunt enviroment
- Proficiency in multitasking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

With our Donut Production you are tasked with help with prepping, frying, icing, and cleaning up the production area. Shifts start at 3:30 am for Donut Production. This shift is at our Silverton Donuts By Marx location located at 7414 Montgomery Rd. This Job is Part-Time but we can facilitate Full -Time with other shifts at our Main Location.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic regulations. The Driver will operate our company van, to deliver products to designated locations. This position also takes care of wholesale orders which include slicing and packing bagels for delivery.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Execute route driving efficiently, following predetermined delivery schedules while maintaining punctuality.
- Load and unload goods using equipment such as Dolly, Carts, and Crates
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Maintain timely schedule of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely loading of goods for delivery.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in restaurant service is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Flexibility to work varying hours starting at 4:30am daily,
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
