We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at the company's fully-equipped Restaurant. The individual in this position must have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and managing waste.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, monitor temperatures, and follow food safety procedures.
- Upsell and promote menu items to enhance sales while delivering friendly customer service.
- Restock supplies, buss tables, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick-service or fast-food environments with cash handling and POS operation
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage basic math, cashiering, and retail transactions
- Experience with food preparation, food safety, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and basic sanitation practices
- Time management and upselling capabilities; ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $15.50 per hour
