- Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Performs in-process and final verifications per specifications
· Approves incoming materials per specifications, conducts visual and measurable verifications, documents nonconforming materials.
· Verify components, subassemblies, and assemblies per the specified requirements.
- Work with Production Leaders for feedback from production personnel regarding accuracy of procedures.
· Confirm that quantities, descriptions, and assemblies of received materials match ERP system.
· Generates Non-Conforming Material Notices and communicates all necessary information via emails, or face-to-face interactions to appropriate personnel.
· Enter data to track part history, inefficiencies, defect rates into appropriate file.
· Verify products are properly identified throughout the Production Departments, to include all RMAs, NCRs, Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Assemblies, and any other products requiring identification.
· Perform within requirements of the Quality Management System.
· Assist in generating monthly reports necessary to track part/product history and defect rates.
· Maintain good housekeeping practices and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
· Assist in equipment calibration and recall.
· Responsible for aiding in all incoming and outgoing RMAs and process (i.e.: Able to analyze RMA product and assist in the recommendation and documentation of best ways to bring product to compliant status).
· Perform any other activities/tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
1st Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
2nd Shift : 2:30pm-11:00pm
Overtime/Weekends
Must be available to overtime/weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour
