Responsibilities
- Assist with sample preparation, processing, and analysis across various laboratory disciplines including microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and clinical testing.
- Maintain accurate and detailed data collection records using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other digital tools.
- Support quality control procedures to ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations.
- Follow established laboratory procedures meticulously to ensure consistency and reliability of results.
- Conduct routine equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety checks to uphold laboratory standards.
- Aid in research & development projects by supporting experimental setups, data analysis, and documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols related to microbiology, veterinary terminology, and other specialized areas of laboratory work.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in an industrial or clinical laboratory setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of GLP, CGMP, FDA regulations, and quality control processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of animal physiology, microbiology, histology, molecular biology techniques, and laboratory procedures.
- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and data collection methods.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail and accuracy in scientific research.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and research laboratory practices is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex laboratory techniques while maintaining safety standards.
