HOURS: 50+ hrs/week
SCHEDULE: 5am to 5pm M-F OR Split Schedule 5am-5pm Su-We/Su-Tu & Th-Sa/We-Sa
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 1 Year +
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in facility maintenance, general labor, and preventative maintenance within an industrial or commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and replacing air filters to support proper equipment performance and airflow.
- Perform site clean-up and waste management duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Support concrete repair and general facility upkeep projects.
- Assist with preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on facility equipment and systems.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Work alongside experienced maintenance personnel to complete daily assignments efficiently.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance preferred.

- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
