Metalcrafters NC is hiring a Painter with spray application experience to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes on custom metal fabrication projects including stairs, railings, and structural components.

Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for proper coating adhesion

Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes across all products

Inspect finished work and correct any defects

Maintain and clean spray equipment

Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

Work alongside fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines

Utilize the Metalcrafters app for accurate job tracking and accountability

Experience in industrial or commercial spray painting (metal preferred)

Knowledge of spray equipment and coating processes

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
