Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, fitness-passionate leader to run our high-energy infrared fitness studio. As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead our team, drive membership sales, deliver exceptional member experiences, and help grow one of the hottest fitness brands in Carmel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead studio sales & hit revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Maintain exceptional studio standards and cleanliness
- Build community through marketing and local partnerships
- Deliver outstanding customer service 24/7

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience (fitness/retail/sales preferred)

Pay: $34,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
