About the role
Rainfall Painting & Refinishing is a fast-growing, family-owned exterior painting company serving Snohomish County with 65+ five-star Google reviews. We're looking for an experienced lead painter who can take ownership of a job site — running a small crew, driving the company van, and delivering the high-quality results our clients expect. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work and room to grow.
What you'll do
Lead a crew of 1–3 painters on residential exterior projects from start to finish
Drive the company van to job sites daily — valid WA driver's license required
Handle full surface prep — pressure washing, scraping, caulking, priming
Apply Sherwin-Williams exterior paint (SuperPaint & Emerald Rain Refresh) to a high standard
Communicate professionally with homeowners on site — you're the face of the company
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
What we're looking for
3+ years exterior painting experience
Valid WA driver's license — clean record
Experience leading or supervising others
Comfortable on ladders and scaffolding
Strong attention to detail and prep work
Professional attitude with homeowners
Reliable transportation to meet van daily
Ability to pass background check

$28–38/hr depending on experience — paid weekly
