Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Execute precise wheel alignments and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools efficiently to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed, including auto estimating documentation for parts and labor.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Hands-on experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics is essential for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to perform diesel engine repairs, powertrain work, and transmission servicing confidently.
- Familiarity with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment procedures, and auto estimating software enhances your effectiveness.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices.

Pay: $30.10 - $40.84 per hour
