Key Responsibilities

Support sales operations by preparing quotes, processing agreements, and maintaining data accuracy

Assist in contract and bid management, including government RFPs and tracking deadlines

Serve as initial customer contact, routing issues and onboarding new clients

Facilitate communication between sales, dispatch, and billing teams
Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma, with 2+ years support experience in sales or logistics

Proficiency in CRM systems, strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Valid Hawaiʻi driver's license and reliable transportation required
