Job Summary
The Landscape Account Manager & Field Support Specialist will serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service, landscape quality, and efficient service delivery. This role combines account management duties with hands-on support, including property inspections, light maintenance duties, landscape design assistance and bid creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Field & Operational Support
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify quality standards and client expectations are met
- Perform hands-on tasks such as watering annuals, checking irrigation, treating for weeds, and confirm plant health.
- Support field crews as needed and make certain work meets company quality standards.
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to client requests, questions, and concerns.
- Present enhancement ideas, seasonal recommendations, and new services.
Estimates, Bids & Design
- Create accurate bids and cost estimates for all proposals
- Assist with landscape design work such as bed design, plant selection suggestions, and enhancement concepts.
- Prepare quotes and contracts for review and client approval.
Administrative & Coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our company system.
- Communicate regularly with operations, crew leads, and office staff to align work with client expectations.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years’ experience in customer service, account management or sales
- 1-3+ years’ horticulture education / experience to include basic knowledge of plants, irrigation, and landscape practices.
- Comfortable with watering, chemical applications and light field work as part of responsibilities.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computers and common software (MS Office, email).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
