Being a Financial Care Associate is very rewarding. It is truly all about helping our members (customers) through a difficult time in their life. We have the privilege to be able to work with them on a financial resolution. As we listen to their story, we are able to empathize, show our compassion and even laugh, celebrate and sometimes cry with our members. Every day, we are able to build trust and a strong and long-lasting relationship with them. It is our goal to help the members to become and remain financially healthy.
Overall, it is important to the Financial Care team to show that we care. Through this care and compassion, we are able to make a positive difference in the lives of our members and our community.
