What the Role Looks Like
- Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive testing, specialized imaging, and patient workups.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor our junior clinical support staff, keeping everyone aligned on a great patient experience.
- Workflow Management: Keep the clinic side running efficiently, solving scheduling or flow bottlenecks on the fly.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced optometry or ophthalmology setting. You know the instruments inside and out.
- Leadership Mindset: You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others level up. You’re a fast decision-maker who doesn't get bogged down.
- Credentials: Real world experience is more important to us, but CPOA, COT, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.

The Details
- Pay: $16.50 / hour starting.
- The 90-Day Mark: Once you’ve mastered our workflow and are successfully leading the clinic floor, we look to bump you to $17.50 / hour. From there, raises continue as you raise the bar.
- Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) - No weekends!
