Position Overview
The Blending Mixer Technician is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing activities, including blending, handling, and packaging scented products. This role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure each batch meets established quality and consistency standards. The position involves working with materials that require careful handling and adherence to safety procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality and supporting overall production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Blend and handle fragrance and essential oil products according to established procedures
- Package finished goods accurately and consistently
- Follow quality control standards to ensure product consistency and scent accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines when handling materials
- Assist with labeling, batch tracking, and production documentation
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or quality issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to meet the physical demands of regularly lifting and moving 50–60 lb loads
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with blending, filling, or packaging processes
