Our designers earn a guaranteed draw of $45,000 per year with unlimited commission potential. Many of our top performers take home $100K–$150K annually. The harder you work, the higher your reward. We provide hands-on training to help you learn our process, systems, and design standards.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with clients in our showroom to design kitchens & bathrooms.
- Develop cabinet designs, select materials and finishes, and guide clients through product choices
- Create clear, accurate designs and proposals using 20/20 design software.
- Collaborate with our in-house installation team to ensure smooth communication and execution
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inspirational showroom experience for visitors
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design (closet experience is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and flooring materials
- Comfortable using design software and reading plans/specs
- A warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and function
- Experienced closer
- Availability during standard business hours with flexibility for Saturdays.
