Operations Analyst (Entry-Level)

Position Summary
The Operations Analyst supports daily manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate operational data, coordinating purchasing activities, and assisting with production, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Accounting to improve efficiency, maintain ERP data accuracy, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Maintain Epicor ERP data including jobs, routings, operations, lead times, pricing, and inventory parameters
- Track and report key production metrics, including bill of operations accuracy, throughput, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy
- Support standard work documentation, work instructions, and Lean 6S initiatives
- Follow up on cycle count results and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Analyze operational data and support continuous improvement projects
Purchasing & Supply Chain
- Assist the Purchasing team with placing purchase orders
- Follow up with vendors on acknowledgments, ship dates, expedite requests, and delivery status
- Update supplier lead times, pricing, and min/max inventory levels within Epicor
- Ensure shipping charges are submitted for customer invoicing within 24 hours
Administrative Support
- Organize and archive transaction receipts for reconciliation and accounting
- Coordinate company events and operational meetings
- Support cross-functional projects and other operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience, or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Manufacturing ERP experience (Epicor preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
