Job Overview
LA-Decks is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Administrator to support our fast-paced construction office. Responsibilities

- Schedule consultations, coordinate calendars, and support project workflow.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and digital files.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Perform data entry and ensure all CRM information is current and accurate.
- Assist with invoicing, office administration, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Order office supplies and coordinate general office operations.
- Support the sales and management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
