We are seeking a passionate and professional Dispensary Associate (Budtender) to join the SoulFlora team. In this role, you'll be the face of our dispensary, ensuring every customer has a welcoming and educational experience. From entry to checkout, you'll assist customers with product recommendations, manage transactions, and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Warmly greet and assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.

Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations.

Process sales transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts with precision.

Verify customer and patient eligibility to ensure legal compliance.

Maintain detailed and accurate patient profiles in compliance with state regulations.

Manage customer flow efficiently on the sales floor.

Support inventory management, including restocking and tracking.

Answer phone inquiries professionally and courteously.

Use Point-of-Sale (Dutchie) software to process transactions efficiently.

Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all products.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.

Must be at least 21 years old and pass a state background check.
