Lead an Award-Worthy Hospitality Experience in Tucson
Mojo Cuban Kitchen & Rum Bar is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our full-service restaurant and bar operation. We are more than a restaurant—we are a vibrant gathering place featuring scratch made Miami inspired Cuban cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and authentic hospitality in a transportive, elevated, and accessible atmosphere.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who inspires teams, develops talent, drives financial performance, and creates unforgettable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
· Lead all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and bar teams.
· Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing managers and hourly team members.
· Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
· Maintain exceptional standards for guest service, cleanliness, food quality, and execution.
· Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
· Review P&L statements and drive improvements in sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
· Partner with ownership and the executive chef on strategic initiatives, special events, menu rollouts, and community engagement.
· Ensure compliance with all company policies and local health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
· Serve as the visible leader of the restaurant, especially during peak service periods.
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of experience managing a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
· Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food and beverage cost controls, and P&L analysis.
· Experience with restaurant technology platforms
· A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
· Bar and beverage knowledge, particularly craft cocktails and spirits, is highly preferred.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
