Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Medical Lab Technician (1.0 FTE) to join our Laboratory. The Medical Lab Technician would be responsible for obtaining lab samples, performs accurately and efficiently all ordered lab work. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited program in medical laboratory technician, Associate Degree in chemical, physical, biological science and eligible for certification from ASCP or equivalent certification, or other acceptable qualifying track as noted on an acceptable MLT or CLT certification’s website.
- Certification from Board of Registry from ASCP or NCA for MLT or CLT within 9 months of hire

Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills

Working knowledge of electronic medical records

Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
Work schedule:

1.0 FTE - 80 hours per biweekly pay period

8-hour shifts
-
Weekend and Holiday rotation
