Lead Carpenter / Supervisor – High-End Residential Remodeling

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Carpenter / Field Foreman to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on high-end residential remodeling projects.
This role reports directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for running active job sites, leading skilled carpenters and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard of quality.
This is a leadership role for someone who is confident working independently in the field, can interpret and execute plans without constant oversight, and takes pride in delivering a finished product that reflects true craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily field operations on active residential remodeling projects
- Direct and coordinate skilled carpenters and subcontractors on site
- Interpret plans, details, and scopes with minimal supervision
- Sequence and plan daily work to maintain schedule and jobsite efficiency
- Maintain strict quality control and ensure work meets company standards
- Proactively identify and resolve field conditions and construction challenges
- Communicate clearly with ownership regarding progress, materials, and schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
- Represent the company professionally with clients and trade partners
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of residential carpentry / remodeling experience
- 2+ years in a lead carpenter or foreman role strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience running full jobsite operations independently
- Strong expertise in framing, finish carpentry, and complex renovations
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings
- Experience working in high-end residential environments and occupied homes
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- High level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in work
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and Massachusetts CSL (Restricted or Unrestricted)
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and work in active construction environments
- Professional-grade hand and power tools

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
