Great Job! Supervisor of Janitorial services-Chesterfield
Jobs like this do not come along often! This position is a special one for the right man or women to join a building management team/family to become the head of janitorial service in the new and exciting new training facility.
-Person must be bi-lingual in Spanish and understand English as well. You will interact with visitors and employees.
-Proper I-9 documents a must and a background check as well.
-You will be working as a “team “ of other building service employees who maintain this prestigious property and report to a great person. This person will count on you, and you will become a close and important member of the team who cares for the building.
-Executive offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas will be maintain.
-Your normal schedule will be 930am - 6pm Monday to Friday. You must be flexible in your schedule as all building employees are when they have a client renting it for consecutive days for training . This could mean you work 5 days in a row of a week. An example might be Tuesday to Saturday.
-If asked to work over 40 per week will be paid to you at an overtime rate of $33.00 per hour. Some weeks you will have the opportunity to work overtime, others you will not. It will depend on what functions are taking place in the building.
-You will be responsible for finding additional employees to work and be trained “as needed” providing additional service for the building when more people are needed.
-You will receive training and support from our company on an on-going basis.
-Paid national holidays when occurring on a workday when the building is not open. Paid PTO yearly
Hourly rate: $22.00 plus overtime opportunity
Pay: $22.00 per hour
