Looking to step out of full-time clinical work and make a real impact? We’re on the hunt for a licensed veterinarian who’s excited about teaching and mentoring the next generation of vet techs.
About the Role:

It’s an onsite role, ideally full-time (Monday–Thursday, 9–5), but we’re open to part-time or a more flexible setup for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead hands-on, engaging clinical instruction
- Help keep the program in line with CVTEA accreditation standards
- Collaborate with the Campus Director on curriculum and program oversight
- Support and guide faculty to ensure great student outcomes
- Mentor students and help them grow into confident, compassionate professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed DVM in Missouri (or eligible to become licensed)
- Strong background in small animal medicine (large animal is a bonus, not required)
- Someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and working with students
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about education
Why You’ll Love It:
- A chance to shape future veterinary technicians
- Supportive, team-focused environment
- Meaningful work without the typical clinic stress
- Competitive salary and flexible scheduling options
