Construction Superintendent

Our client, a large construction management firm located in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Construction Superintendent with demonstrated expertise in ground up commercial, retail, and multi-family development to join their team.
The Superintendent will plan, supervise, and direct the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time, and safety objectives . The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget. This includes coordinating all team members as well as any third-party contractors in order to complete projects according to plan.
Requirements
· 5+ years of Superintendent experience in ground up construction (multifamily and commercial experience preferred)
- Experience leading projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environments.
- Experience ensuring OSHA compliance and Safety are first.
- Strong subcontractor relationships and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, with a passion for the construction industry
