Wing Snob is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to lead daily operations at one of our fast-casual locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, high food quality, and outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Manage staff to ensure efficient shift coverage.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members in food preparation and guest service.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that aligns with company values.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control food and supply costs.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in a management or supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with shift planning and managing operations during high-volume periods.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and restaurant operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
