KW Landmark is hiring Listing Associates to specialize in working with sellers across Queens, Bayside, Flushing, and the greater New York City real estate market. If you enjoy marketing homes, pricing properties, and guiding sellers through successful transactions, this opportunity offers a strong platform to build a consistent and scalable business in one of the most competitive markets in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily for new seller leads throughout Queens and surrounding NYC neighborhoods
- Prepare and deliver listing presentations to win new business
- Market properties across MLS, digital platforms, and social media channels
- Organize and host open houses and broker tours
- Negotiate offers to achieve strong outcomes for clients
- Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with sellers
- Leverage local market data to develop competitive pricing strategies
