All About Dentistry is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused Bilingual Patient Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our Burnsville office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll create a welcoming experience while helping ensure our office runs efficiently.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No dental experience is required—we will provide training.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome patients with exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Collect payments and explain financial policies when needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Resolve patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
- Previous customer service, receptionist, medical, dental, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
