Overview
We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working independently and engaging with people in the community. As an Outside Marketing Representative, you’ll promote our car wash services, generate new leads, and help grow our membership base.
This role is perfect for someone who is motivated by sales, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and wants to increase their earnings through performance-based incentives.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential customers at local businesses, events, and high-traffic areas
- Promote car wash services and explain membership benefits
- Generate leads and drive new membership sales
- Make outbound calls to past members to encourage reactivation
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Assist with marketing events and promotions
- Track daily leads, calls, and sales activity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet goals and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must pass background check and drug screening
