Position Summary:
The Facilities & Operations Support Associate is responsible for assisting in the upkeep, maintenance, presentation, and operational readiness of Club facilities and grounds. This hands-on position supports a wide range of maintenance, property care, event setup, and general operational functions across the Club. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure the property remains safe and well-maintained while supporting an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Property Support
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, cleanliness, and safety of Club facilities and grounds.
- Perform a wide variety of general maintenance, repair, upkeep, and operational support tasks as assigned.
- Support the maintenance and presentation of buildings, outdoor spaces, equipment, furnishings, and common areas.
- Assist with preventative maintenance projects and routine property inspections.
- Respond to daily operational needs and work orders across multiple departments.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with seasonal projects and special property improvement initiatives.
Event & Club Operations Support
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and execution of member events, tournaments, meetings, and Club functions.
- Support operational needs across all Club departments as business demands require.
- Move, arrange, and transport furniture, equipment, supplies, and materials throughout the property.
- Maintain event spaces and common areas to ensure a high standard of presentation and member experience.
Safety & Team Support
- Follow all Club safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to support Club operations and member satisfaction.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude while assisting with daily priorities and special projects.
- And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, landscaping, hospitality operations, or general labor is helpful but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, move, and set up equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
