What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew
- Take full ownership of daily job execution, efficiency, and quality control
- Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, mulching, and seasonal services
- Operate trucks, trailers, and commercial-grade equipment safely and professionally
- Train, mentor, and elevate crew members
- Ensure equipment is maintained and handled properly
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Uphold safety standards and represent the company with integrity
This is a leadership role, not just a labor position.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional landscaping experience
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license (held for 3+ years) with a clean driving record (required)
- Proven crew leadership or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices
- Ability to run an efficient crew and maintain high standards
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
