Location: Bozeman, Montana
Pay Rate: $2,800 to $2,900/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Variable schedule, 40 hours per week
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgical ICU Nurse Educator for a 13-week contract opportunity in Bozeman, Montana. This role supports nursing education, professional development, orientation, competency validation, simulations, continuing education, and staff training programs within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver nursing education, orientation, precepting, and staff development programs
Support competency validation, simulations, transition-to-practice programs, and continuing education
Promote evidence-based practice and support clinical nursing procedure standards
Collaborate with nursing leadership, staff, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain education documentation, support compliance requirements, and assist with professional development initiatives
Requirements
Active Montana Registered Nurse License Required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing or equivalent health teaching experience required
Minimum 1 year of education, training, administrative, management, or leadership experience required
EPIC experience preferred; must live at least 90 miles from the facility and be available for variable schedule needs
